Food and Drink

Each year the meal is more sumptuous than the last.  Guests are greeted with a champagne reception on arrival to the event, followed by a lavish and decadent three-course meal situated in the stunning surroundings of the Castle and Cathedral with a cheese course to finish. Throughout the evening, the attendees are able to enjoy many treats. In previous years frozen yoghurt, a hog roast and macaroons have been readily available to feast on.

During the night, Champagne flows to quench your thirst. As the guests explore the different areas of the castle they will discover many different types of elaborate cocktails and beverages, from hot drinks to relax or long drinks to dance the night away.
